Site Description: The cemetery is rectangular in shape. It is located on a moderate slope<br />
which is overgrown with vegetation. Remnants <strong>of</strong> a stairpromenade leading to a marble<br />
marker with names <strong>of</strong> Odd Fellow members. No evidence <strong>of</strong> a fence was found,<br />
Significance: Cemetery <strong>of</strong> the Douglas OddFellows lodge which was organized in<br />
1898. Burial ground <strong>of</strong> prominent Douglas <strong>and</strong> Treadwell pioneers.<br />
