narrowed, as RT-Mart continued to differentiate itself from the competition by effectively leveraging its deep<br />

understanding of the Chinese consumer and achieving high standards of execution.<br />

CRV showed the greatest increase of any retailer, gaining 2.5 points, and replacing Tesco (-1.7 points) for<br />

the number five spot. CRV has demonstrated more consistent strategies in recent years and is considered by<br />

manufacturers to be one of the most successful and important retailers in the China market. Watsons (-5.0<br />
