Please find enclosed the schedule for our guest appearance and our requirements of local personnel.<br />
Please note the following:<br />
• The “Local crew” only states personnel working directly with our set and equipment together<br />
with our crew. Door-keepers, staff required to look after rehearsals etc are not included in the<br />
personnel listed.<br />
• The “Local crew” states the minimum crew required. If your standard house crew team is<br />
larger, please use your standard team.<br />
• The set-up will start on DATE at TIME at the same time as the truck is being unloaded.<br />
Therefore, we need the entire crew, as stated, from the beginning of the set-up time.<br />
• If any labour regulations, in-house rules or habits interfere with our schedule or personnel<br />
requirements, please inform us immediately, so that we can make a suitable agreement prior<br />
to our arrival.<br />
• Our schedule is rather tight. In order to keep it, it is essential that the stage is empty and<br />
clean, the fly-bars are empty, the dressing-rooms are available and cleaned etc. on our arrival<br />
according to these requirements. Our schedule does not include time needed for your<br />
preparations.<br />

Stage, Set and Props<br />

We kindly ask you to provide:<br />
Black dance carpet covering the whole dance area.<br />
As long as the room is black we don´t need any side masking or backdrop. But if not we need to find a<br />
solution to get a “Black box”.<br />
Lighting<br />

We kindly ask you to provide:<br />
• 1 x Lighting Control desk. ETC Congo or similar.<br />
• 6 x Profiles (ex ETC Sourse Four Junior)<br />
• 6 x ADB AC1000 Flood lights or similar with asymmetric reflector.<br />
• 13 x 1kw Fresnells. Two of them placed on the floor, on floaters (Berkley 206 if possible).<br />
• 24 dimmers.<br />
• Smokemachine MDG or similar<br />
• * To be rigged in prior to our arrival as described in “Cullberg _pre_rigging.pdf”<br />
If the lighting control desk is other than an ETC Congo, then we need an operator to program it.<br />
Sound<br />

We kindly ask you to provide:<br />
Main speaker system: High quality stereo full range system with full coverage throughout the whole<br />
audiotorium.<br />
Monitor system: 2 high quality monitors (minimum 1x12 “), fed from 1 or 2 auxiliary sends. Monitors<br />
cannot be placed on the floor, they should be hung from the ceiling.<br />
FOH position: We prefer digital mixing system (01V96/DM1000/LS9 or similar). If only an analogue<br />
console is available this needs to be communicated to our sound manager in advance so he can make<br />
the decision if it’s usable.<br />
We’ll need 4 line inputs (XLR) for our own playback system and 2 microphone inputs for the<br />
microphones provided by you.<br />
We’ll need 2 auxiliary sends from the FOH-console for our own IEM-system. These sends should be<br />
located on stage.<br />
Microphones: We will need 2 condenser microphones (AKG C451 or similar) fitted on regular stands,<br />
on each side of the stage facing the audience. These are used to provide the dancers with ambience<br />
in their IEM’s.<br />
Intercom: We need on station at FOH-position and one located on stage.<br />
We’ll bring our own IEM-system and a computer based playback system (Q-lab).<br />

Wardrobe<br />

• We will need to use washing machines in the house.<br />
Dressing-Rooms<br />
The company needs dressing-rooms for 8 dancers (5 ladies and 3 gentlemen) as well for the artistic<br />
direction and guest teacher (2 ladies and 2 gentlemen).<br />
The wardrobe supervisors need a room to work in with good light and access to electricity.<br />
Altogether that makes a minimum of five rooms.<br />
If we have a physiotherapist with us, we’ll need yet another room for him/her. Check with the<br />
tourmanager.<br />
Bottled water should be available in the dressing-rooms.<br />
Please note that stage announce system is required in all dressing-rooms.<br />
N.B. The stage and the dressing-rooms should be at the disposal of the Cullberg Ballet from<br />
28 March at 16:00 and all days during our stay.<br />
