TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS<br />

TECHNICAL STAFF<br />

Any change to this schedule has to be discussed immediately with the company<br />

This schedule assumes that on our arrival:<br />

- the floor is levelled<br />

- all required lighting and sound equipment is in the theatre<br />

- soft goods and hanging hardware are available<br />

- in warehouses (etc.) the platform and a grid is already build<br />

- a local experienced crew is available<br />

As a crew for the load in and initial construction of the set we will need:<br />

- 1 head technician/facility manager at space to check lists, discuss production schedule,<br />

rentals. He should be present all the times the company is in the theatre.<br />

- 4 carpenters/riggers/fly men/props<br />

- 4 electricians<br />

- 3 sound technicians<br />

- 2 video technician<br />

- 1 person for props<br />

- 2 wardrobe person<br />

- 1 make up artist<br />

As a running crew<br />

- 2 electricians familiar with the local lighting desk<br />

- 2 stage technicians (wearing black to change the scenography during the show).<br />

- 1 sound tech. stand by<br />

- 1 video tech. stand by<br />

- 1 subtitle tech.<br />

- 1 person for props<br />

- 2 wardrobe person<br />

- 1 make up artist/hair dresser<br />

To Strike and load out:<br />

- 4 stage technicians<br />

- 2 lighting technicians<br />

- 3 sound technicians<br />

N.B.:<br />

• During load in and out, a forklift is necessary.<br />

• Before each rehearsal and show it’s necessary to clean the stage.
