In seafreight, its innovative information logistics products are a<br />
solid foundation for growth; likewise in airfreight, where three<br />
new products based on the Cargo 2000 process standards are<br />
currently being introduced, enabling <strong>Kuehne</strong> + <strong>Nagel</strong> to offer<br />
its customers an unprecedented level of shipment transparency<br />
and reliability; and in Switzerland, the company was recently<br />
elected “Best Innovator” (see page 30 of this magazine).<br />
With regard to the objectives of <strong>Kuehne</strong> + <strong>Nagel</strong> in this region,<br />
Regional Manager Hans-Georg Brinkmann commented as follows:<br />
