Reactive organic phosphonates used for cotton, as our Pekoflam ® DPN or comparable products from other flame retardant chemicals suppliers. Easy to apply on existing processing lines in textile mills. High level of stenter emissions frequently requires intense cleaning cycles. High impact on tensile strength limits fabric selection. Formaldehyde emissions on treated materials restrict its use for certain consumer markets.
