supercharged LS9 6.2L V8 below 3000

ZR1’s exhaust butterflies open while the car
unleashes its full 476kW and 819Nm. of
torque to the rear tires – and this amount of
grunt only needs to move around 1500kg,
more than 300kg less than a Commodore.

With a top speed of 330km/h and
acceleration of 0-100km in 3.3 seconds
it’s scary – unless you’re a racing car
driver. The ZR1 will easily do 110km in
first gear!

perspective, the ZR1 has about 10% more
power than the latest Ferrari 458 Italia and
Lamborghini Gallardo V10 supercars – and
a staggering 50% more torque than either
of the Italians.
