Payment Procedure
Payment Details
• An application fee of AED 200 must be sent along with the completed Application Form.
• A non-refundable reservation deposit, which is fully applied toward tuition, is required to enable us to process your application:
AED 5,000 (undergraduate applicants) to be paid within two (2) months of the start of the term of entry; AED 2,000 (graduate
applicants) to be paid upon acceptance to the graduate program.
• To book for the English and/or Math placement exam at AUD, an exam fee of AED 300 is required.
• To reserve a room in the housing, a housing reservation fee of AED 2,500 is required.
• To process the student visa, fees include AED 1,000 as well as a refundable AED 2,000 passport security deposit.
• Tuition fees can be viewed online http://www.aud.edu/About_AUD/Finance/finance.asp or at the Finance Office.
Payment Modes
Tuition and fees are due upon registration. Students can pay by cash, checks (U.A.E. Dirham checks drawn on a U.A.E. bank only), and
bank drafts at the Commercial Bank of Dubai (AUD campus branch) or by valid credit cards at the Finance Office. Tuition and fees
may also be paid by bank transfer and credit card via written authorization (form below).

Students who submit non-negotiable checks will be assessed AED 200 non-refundable administrative charge and must make all additional payments
in the form of cash or bank transfer.

Credit card payment may be done at the Finance Office.
For credit card payment done outside the Finance Office a credit card authorization form (below) is to be filled and returned by
fax to the following number +971 4 399 45 66 or by email to finance@aud.edu
Only payment via Visa and Master Cards are accepted and will have additional handling fee of 2 % of the total amount paid.
Outstanding Balances: A st udent c annot reg ist er unt il al l out standing bal ances are cl eared. Payment s wil l be credited toward out standing bal ances bef ore being
applied to current registration charges. Transcripts, grades, diploma and certifications will not be issued for students who have not met their financial obligations.
