Media, a media trade group with a broad-based membership that includes women and minorities.<br />

In addition to maintaining the Station’s local recruitment contact list (see attachment A),<br />

the Station participated in the following long-term recruitment measures during this<br />

reporting period:<br />

1. Training programs designed to enable station personnel to acquire skills that could<br />

qualify them for higher-level positions:<br />

Alex DeDonker (Promotions Manager) completed the <strong>Disney</strong> Development<br />

Connection course, “Media Management Edge,” on January , 2 1 .<br />

Diana Moses (Station Manager) completed the <strong>Disney</strong> Development Connection<br />

course, “Media Management Edge,” on March , 2 1 .<br />

Diana Moses (Station Manager) completed the <strong>Radio</strong> Advertising Bureau<br />

Management Course on August 26, 2013.<br />

2. Providing training to management-level personnel as to methods of ensuring equal<br />

employment opportunity and preventing discrimination:<br />

Diana Moses (Station Manager) and Alex DeDonker (Promotions Manager) attended<br />

a Diversity Training Roundtable at Sea-Tac Airport on January 25, 2013; 9:00AM-<br />

11:00AM. Rodolfo Hurtado, Program Analyst for the United States Equal<br />

Employment Opportunity Commission, was the moderator.<br />
