Sometimes called “the most underappreciated<br />

<strong>of</strong> Mozart’s operas,” this work was produced<br />

when the composer was only 18 and yet marks<br />

the emergence <strong>of</strong> his mature style. A unique<br />

mixture <strong>of</strong> the comic and the serious, The<br />

Garden Girl in Disguise includes delightful<br />

ensembles and gorgeous solos. This will be<br />

David Bamberger’s first full production in his<br />

new role as Artistic Director <strong>of</strong> the CIM Opera<br />

Program.<br />
