BEACH AND HOTEL STAYS
Exotik Tours believes that the quality of service offered throughout your vacation is
extremely important and contributes to the success of your trip. This is why we have
uniquely chosen our suppliers at destination. We carefully studied the companies’
goals and quality of service and ensured that they match our standards. Their professionalism
is undeniable and the majorities have been around for years, continuing

The majority of our beach and hotel stay programs include flights, transfers, accommodation
and a certain number of meals.
In addition, for certain populart destinations, a bilingual representative is available
for assistance, inquiries and needs. They are your source of information to the many
optional excursions and activities offered at destination.
TOURS
When planning our tours, we take into consideration the length of stay and pace,
allowing you to explore, sightsee and have some free time to discover the sites at
your leisure.
While some tours require more travel time from one place to the next due to their
geographical layout, others are shorter allowing for more free time.
GUIDES AT DESTINATION
Our multilingual guides at destination have been trained locally, allowing them to
experience first hand, the history, cultures, religions and daily life of the people.
Their passion, hospitality, knowledge and dedication contribute to an unforgettable
experience. When venturing outside the big cities, our qualified guides will explain
in depth, the different facets of each site. During a city tour, a local English speaking
guide will hop on board your motor coach and offer further information on the city’s
highlights.
QUALITY TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES
The modes of transportation used during our tours are comfortable, clean and air
conditioned (unless air-conditioning is not required, ex: Bhutan, etc). The size of
vehicle used will depend on the type of tour you’re on and the number of passengers.
The licensed drivers are carefully selected by our local suppliers in accordance to
their knowledge and conduct.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Please note that the baggage allowance included in the majority of our tours is one
bag per person. Depending on the tour, a carry on or backpack may be required.

QUALITY CONTROL
A Quality Control document is included in your travel documents. Your comments
and suggestions are valuable to us and offer important information when planning
our tours. Please take the time to send us your comments, likes and dislikes. This
will allows us to continue to offer products that correspond to our customers needs
and insure quality service.
ACCOMMODATIONS « OUR CLASSIFICATION »
The hotel classifications are based on norms which vary from one country to the
next. It is important to know that hotel rooms outside North America are generally
smaller and air conditioning is not always available. The bathrooms are all private
and include a bath and/or shower. All of our tours and hotel stays are based on a
standard room category. Any other requests cannot be guaranteed and will probably
require an additional charge, ex: sea view rooms, adjoining rooms, suites, etc.
Accommodations for beach and/or hotel stays
« Deluxe »: Hotels offering a high-level design with comfort and refinement and
service is of exceptional quality. These properties offer a wide variety of services. It’s
recommended for travelers looking for luxury and refinement.
« Superior »: Hotels which offer great comfort and a carefully thought out development.
The rooms are very welcoming and the service offered is excellent. In addition,
much attention is paid to the quality of services offered. This type of accommodation
is recommended for travelers wanting a higher level of quality.
« Intermediate / First Class »: Hotels which offer great comfort and a pleasant interior
design. Rooms are decorated with care. In addition, these establishments offer
numerous services. This type of accommodation is convenient for travelers wanting
good value with a reasonable budget.
« Standard »: Hotels which offer good comfort and a simple interior design. In some
establishments, the services offered are limited. This type of accommodation is
convenient for the traveler looking to benefit from a great price.
« Apartment Complexes »: These accommodations are for the independent traveler
who wants a place to call home for an extended period of time and the complete
services of a hotel are not important. These complexes generally consist of 2 to 3
types of accommodations: a studio, a one bedroom apartment and a 2 bedroom
apartment.
« Luxury Camps »: The environment is natural, the decor is refined and the atmosphere
is intimate with a privileged access to a change in scenery. All beds are
equipped with mosquito nets.
« Charm »: An intimate and style refined accommodation with a great image of the
region visited. The interior design reflects the customs, culture and traditions of the
area. This type of accommodation offers a limited number of rooms with and more
personalized service. The experience lived in a Charm Hotel and accommodations
like a « Bed & Breakfast », a « Moroccan Riad », a « Spanish Parador » or a « Portuguese
Pousada », allow you to fully experience the cultural aspect of your trip.
