Day 9 Tel Aviv • Petra • Depart by vehicle to the Allenby Bridge border of Jordan.
(A visa is required to enter Jordan. Please have this before your arrival in Israel).
After customs formalities, you will be picked up by our Jordanian counterpart
and transferred to Petra. Accommodation: Golden Tulip Hotel or similar,

Day 10 Petra • The ancient Nabatean city of Petra was recently voted as one of
the Seven Wonders of the World. It is without a doubt Jordan’s most valuable
treasure and greatest tourist attraction. Begin your visit by enjoying a walk or a
short horse ride from Petra’s main entrance to the entrance of the old city “Al
Siq”, which is a 350 meters narrow canyon. As you reach the end of the Siq, the
first and greatest monument of Petra slowly comes into view. Petra “The Rose
City” is an extraordinary and unique place which was built more than 2000 years
ago. The Nabateans carved their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and
treasury from the desert’s natural rose-colored rocks and sandstones. Our
guide will walk you through the history and explain this ancient wonder. (B/D)
Day 11 Petra • Tel Aviv • Depart for Israel via the Allenby Bridge boarder.
Continue to Tel Aviv and transfer to your hotel. Accommodation: Prima Hotel or
