distributed with Catalyst application forms<br />

in the office and at CAN WA events.<br />

Every request for information is responded<br />

with either hard copies of the AC and DCA<br />

guides, or information on where to find<br />

funding information on the internet.<br />

communication to promote a culture of<br />

collaboration and team building.<br />

Action: Maintain fortnightly staff meetings.<br />

22 staff meetings during <strong>2009</strong>, including the<br />

planning days.<br />

IACDU staff present at 3 staff meetings and<br />

two planning day programs in <strong>2009</strong>.<br />

Action: Form cross-organisational project<br />

teams for selected projects.<br />

Cross-organisational reference group for<br />

Wheatbelt Strategic Partnership project set<br />

up.<br />

Cultural Development Forum committee<br />

consisting of 8 local government<br />

representatives. Committee met three times<br />

in <strong>2009</strong> in February, August and September.<br />
