abandoned more than four centuries ago, explore an

erect giant stones to form Stonehenge? Find out in 

Secrets of Stonehenge (5/11). Search beneath Egypt’s surface for hidden clues, and 

unearth new discoveries about the people who built the Sphinx (pictured) in Riddles of 

the Sphinx (5/18). Solving a multi-million-ton jigsaw puzzle, Secrets of the Parthenon

The first Emperor of China’s monumental army of 

8,000 terracotta warriors come to life as incredible 

artifacts, resurrected from their once buried and 

forgotten tomb in China’s Terracotta Warriors 

(5/4). Did a tsunami destroy Altantis? Go on an 

archeological dig, deep into the history of this 

mysterious city. Shocking geological discoveries help 

you connect fact with fiction in Sinking Atlantis (5/11). An Egyptian tomb more lavish 

than Tutankhamen’s has just been unearthed; then, WWII breaks out in Europe leaving 

the discovery forgotten by history. The Silver Pharaoh (pictured) transports you to the

America’s Heartland 

KVIE: Wednesdays, May 4, 11, 18, 25 at 7:30pm 

Will a Wisconsin dairy farmer earn bragging rights for 

his demolition derby driving? And, if you love potatoes, 

take a bite out of the new products being created by 

Idaho farmers (5/4). Meet a true cheese-making artisan 

from Wisconsin, and pay a visit to a former Nebraska 

corn farmer who’s focusing in on his taste for wine 

(5/11). Follow a Minnesota milkman who continues to preserve a nostalgic profession, and 

be amazed at the high-tech produce tracking used by Idaho farmers to ensure your food is 

safe (5/18). Betting on one of the most unusual crops in America, Oklahoma farmers pledge 

their future on sesame seeds, and the duties of a South Dakota dairy princess involves much 

more than just wearing a crown (5/25). Series underwritten by Monsanto Company and the 

American Farm Bureau Federation. 

An Evening with Huell Howser 

KVIE: Thursdays, May 5, 12, 19, 26 at 8pm 

Wrangle a frog at the Calaveras County Fair & Jumping 

Frog Jubilee. Experience amazing forest canopy level 

views of California redwoods on the SkyTrail lift. And 

then drop to ground level with a gravity house attraction 

where water flows up-hill (5/5). Who cultivated the best 

citrus fruit, who baked the best pie, and who had the 

fastest horse at the Del Mar Fair? Find out while you explore the fair’s history with Huell 

Howser. Then, take a look back in time and see trees three million years old in the Petrified 

Forest in Calistoga before you ride with Huell to savor the delectable fruits and vegetables 

along the Fresno County Fruit Trail (5/12). Experience more fun fair attractions at the 

Alameda County Fair, and then take a trip to Hearst Castle to tour its beautiful gardens. 

Road trip with Huell to Ferndale to see beautiful Victorian architecture and Clendenen’s 

Cider Works (5/19). A chaotic obstacle course filled with water and mud awaits you at the El 

Dorado County Fair, where the main event is the John Studebaker Wheelbarrow Race. Then,
