Age range served Over 17 year olds<br />
Role of agency overall Community care assessment and care<br />
management referral to day programmes and<br />
residential programmes for those with very high<br />
levels of need.<br />
Role of agency in addressing Referrals are rare for clients under the age of 21.<br />
drug use by young people Few rehabilitation options for clients; workers would<br />
generally consider development-focused projects<br />
rather than residential drug rehab. Aftercare team<br />
provides support and community interventions for<br />
clients who are abstinent or stable in their drug<br />
use.<br />
