the commercialization of hydrogen and fuel cell<br />

technologies and is a 5 year project that demonstrates<br />

various hydrogen production and delivery technologies.<br />

An Energy Retrofit Strategy for City owned Facilities<br />

which includes a direction to sole-source 30 to 40 percent<br />

of this work to Toronto Hydro Energy Services Inc. Lowinterest<br />

loans are used to fund the projects, which are<br />

repaid with energy savings, using a maximum eight year<br />

simple payback period.<br />
