dishes at the Francos Gourman<strong>de</strong>s is now available!“<br />

A musical sche<strong>du</strong>le hot out of the oven and a well-cooked up culinary selection …<br />

The Francos Gourman<strong>de</strong>s are back with their second edition in Tournus (Southern Burgundy)<br />

from 7 to 9 June 2013!<br />

As an aperitif and already on the bill, SAÏ,<br />

Charlie and The Soap Opéra, Danakil, Keny<br />

Arkana, Broussaï, Wax Tailor,<br />

Orelsan, Radio Kaizman, Fills Monkey,<br />

Saule, Jacques Higelin, Tryo,<br />

Ol<strong>de</strong>laf, L'Ultra Bal, LittleMax, Matthieu<br />

Boogaerts, Sanseverino, Tété and Zaz (with<br />

one of just two dates in France this<br />

summer) will set light to the two stages at<br />

the Francos Gourman<strong>de</strong>s!<br />

And to complement this aperitif, how about<br />

some amuse-bouches : A blend of artists<br />

from here, there and everywhere for a<br />

musical journey combining tastes and<br />

colours. Set off immediately for<br />

Jamaica with the exceptional presence of<br />

the international reggae star so recognised<br />

for his legendary hits Reggae Night and I<br />

can see clearly now, Jimmy Cliff, and a<br />

stopover in France with the<br />

iconic Merlot and the winners of the Adami<br />

Deezer Talent 2013,Deluxe! And then set<br />

sail for Burgundy with the Dijon<br />

band Iltika, Final Squeak from Macon, the<br />

Tunisian rock group Commissaire Juve,<br />

and the rising star from French<br />

chanson Petit Crucq, and the cabaret rock<br />

artist Owl Collision as well as the blues<br />

band Hat Man Session.<br />

And as the pièce <strong>de</strong> resistance, a culinary<br />

showcase rich in diversity and in luxury with<br />

several types of dining for every budget<br />

and Christophe Michalak who will do the<br />

honour of being the official sponsor of this<br />

second editions of the Francos<br />

Christophe Michalak is all about...<br />

A lover of cakes and high octane fun, and<br />

chief pastry maker at Plaza Athénée and<br />

world pastry making champion in 2005, he<br />

is well known and renowned for making<br />

each pasty sexy and tasty. Happiness in<br />

little bites! Let it be said that Christophe<br />

Michalak does not follow trends, but<br />

creates them!<br />

L’Allée <strong>de</strong>s chefs, the only restaurant in the<br />

world to offer 9 dishes simultaneously<br />

created by 9 famous chefs at one festival.<br />

Hot or cold savoury meals, <strong>de</strong>sserts … Let<br />

your taste buds explo<strong>de</strong> by making your<br />

own menu! The people responsible for this<br />

unique cuisine, is a luxury casting bringing<br />

together the won<strong>de</strong>r of the youthful « New<br />

Cuisine » from Burgundy and further<br />

Jacquet, Gilles Choukroun, Guillaume<br />

La Halle en Folies, the genuine culinary<br />

centre of the festival, will this year play host<br />

to some 80 pro<strong>du</strong>cers from Burgundy to<br />

enjoy, over three days, all day long, the<br />

excellence of Burgundy local food: Bresse<br />

poultry, Charolais beef, snails, AOC<br />

cheeses, meats, sorbets, pastries, honey,<br />

gingerbread, chocolate, and last but by no<br />

means least wines from Burgundy.<br />

Mobile cuisine, a unique culinary offer<br />

Michalak and available all day. Inten<strong>de</strong>d for<br />

those who do not want to miss any of the<br />

concerts, this is easy to carry around, can<br />

be eaten whilst walking and standing, or<br />
