GENERAL CONDITIONS<br />
> OFFER VALIDITY PERIOD<br />
90 calendar days from the project delivery date.<br />

> OFFER MODIFICATION<br />
This estimate will be valid providing the specifications agreed on with the customer<br />
are not altered. Any modification made after delivery of the project will<br />
entail review of the offer and project.<br />
> SUPPLY CONDITIONS<br />
The transport will be at the expense of <strong>Orkli</strong> S.Coop, for all complete underfloor<br />
heating orders supplied in one single delivery and exceeding a net price<br />
of 900 €. A complete order is taken to mean the purchase of the totality<br />
of the underfloor heating and regulation components that figure in <strong>Orkli</strong><br />
S.Coop.’s estimate.<br />
> PRICES<br />
The prices are retail prices. The discount agreed on with <strong>Orkli</strong> S.Coop will be<br />
applied in each case.<br />
> OFFERS<br />
Different estimates will be delivered with each project. A combination of the<br />
different estimates may be made in accordance with the customer’s requirements.<br />
> CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER<br />
This is an offer for the supply of products. It is based on the project drawn<br />
up by <strong>Orkli</strong> S.Coop on the basis of information provided by the customer, and<br />
on the exclusive use of <strong>Orkli</strong> products. If <strong>Orkli</strong> does not have sufficient information<br />
to draw up the projects, they reserve the right to make hypothetical<br />
projects. If the customer does not indicate that the data are erroneous,<br />
<strong>Orkli</strong> will presume them to be correct. <strong>Orkli</strong> shall not be held liable for any<br />
damages arising from:<br />
> Failure to comply with the specifications indicated in the technical<br />
documentation supplied by <strong>Orkli</strong> S.Coop.<br />
> The total or partial use of products other than <strong>Orkli</strong> S.Coop products.<br />
> The incorrect or inappropriate handling, use, conservation or maintenance<br />
of the products manufactured and supplied by <strong>Orkli</strong> S.Coop.<br />
> The installation failure of the products.<br />
> The data supplied by the customer not being confirmed or being erroneous,<br />
incorrect or incomplete. If the offer is accepted, <strong>Orkli</strong> S.Coop<br />
shall only be liable as a supplier of its own products.<br />
