Introduction Sending a fax printed with the recipient’s name The recipient’s name can be printed on the fax that is sent. This allows the fax to be delivered to the correct person on the receiving end. For details, refer to page 6-8. Sending a fax with the document scanning area specified The fax can be sent after the size of the area to be scanned is specified. This is useful when you want to fax only a portion of the document.
