Wanda Terrell (Social<br />
Sciences ’02) went on to<br />
earn her Bachelor’s degree in<br />
Individualized Studies from<br />
Lourdes <strong>College</strong>. She credits<br />
<strong>Owens</strong> with preparing her<br />
to complete her degree. She<br />
followed in her mother, Juanita<br />
Terrell’s (Early Childhood<br />
Education ’74), footsteps and<br />
also graduated with honors.<br />
Wanda has a 15-year-old son<br />
who is a sophomore at St. John’s<br />
Jesuit High School. She is also<br />
currently pursuing her MBA at<br />
Lourdes. Wanda says she enjoys<br />
living and working in Toledo.<br />

Thomas Clark (Computer<br />

summer plans include taking<br />
a month off from work to visit<br />
family in Washington and<br />
Oregon. After his visit to the<br />
Northwest he will then travel to<br />
Michigan for a relaxing, week<br />
long vacation.<br />
Edward Deisher (Criminal<br />
Justice ’03) works for Walgreen’s<br />
and lives with his wife, Kelly, in<br />
Toledo.<br />
Allen Gunn (Marketing<br />
and Sales ’03) decided it was<br />
time to leave the rat race<br />
of corporate America as a<br />
Telecommunications Sales<br />
Consultant and do something<br />
important for his community<br />
and family. He says “ I used<br />
many of the lessons learned<br />
while attending <strong>Owens</strong> to<br />
get my owns business up and<br />
running and now have time<br />
to do the things that are really<br />
important in life.” He is now<br />
able to be more involved in his<br />
community and Church and<br />
“to give back out of the surplus<br />
he is now receiving.” Allen is<br />
the Managing Partner/Principal<br />
of World Financial Group and<br />
resides in Perrysburg, Ohio.<br />
