As most of you know by now, it is my intention to retire from my<br />
position of Section Manager of the San Diego Section when my TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS (TS). This is a name-change from Technical<br />
~ current term ends on April 1. <strong>1992</strong>. I have held this position Assistant. It is somewhat obscure as to why the ARRL Board of Directors <br />
since 1975 and would like to see a younger person step forth and made this change. They slipped it in when no one was looking! Technical <br />

vacancy in your club newsletter. positions must be filled - there are currently vacancies for Affiliated<br />
<strong>Club</strong> Coordinator, Official Observer Coordinator, Bulletin Manager, Public <br />
Information Coordinator. These are not hard or time-consuming. As with <br />

volunteer work in general, you can proceed at your own pace within your <br />
