brochures and website
NOTHING stands still at Decorative
Panels — hot on the heels of
the massive investments the
group has made in opening a
state of the art new manufacturing
facility for Decorative Panels
Components comes the latest
and most innovative set of marketing
and sales literature the
company has ever produced.
With so much to offer throughout
the group, it was decided that
separate brochures should be produced
for each company as well as
a technical brochure on the company’s
hollowcore product, dp-lite,
and two extremely comprehensive
and wide ranging swatch guides.
The swatch guides are presented
under the brands dp-decor
and dp-specialist. The decor range
comprises the latest paper foil
woodgrain, unicolour and fantasy
designs that when coupled with
the enormous range of substrates
available becomes an offer which,
according to the company, is unrivalled
in the industry.
The dp-specialist swatch includes
probably the largest stock
gloss offer available in the market.
Included in the 200+ designs are
high gloss Acrylic Senoplast products,
a huge selection from LG of
high gloss PVC unicolour, woodgrain
and fantasy designs, high
gloss PP unicolour and PET woodgrains,
a range of PET high scratch
resistant gloss papers, matt paint
effect PVC designs and over 100
Kaindl laminates.
To enable easy storage and retrieval,
the full brochure set is presented
as a boxed set with
individual brochures available for
specific market segments.
Launched alongside the printed
literature packs, the new Decorative
Panels website is claimed to
set a benchmark of simplicity of
navigation that allows the user access
to all aspects of the Group activity
as well as a multitude of
downloads and video presentations
of the Group facilities.
One of the most innovative features
available to designers who
use the site will be the dp-lightbox
tool. This feature enables users to
select decors from the dp-decor
and dp-specialist swatches and effectively
build a pallet of product
to access compatibility in a mix
and match environment.
The process of sample ordering
has been radically simplified: in
fact, the system is now called “… as
easy as 1 2 3 …”. This system, available
through the web or by telephone,
sees any decors selected
form the swatch guides followed
up with A4 samples of the actual
material that will be despatched
within 24 hours of the initial request.
After the customer has received
these presentation samples,
and is ready to make prototypes,
full sized laminated sheet material
can be ordered through the same
sample hotline number shown in
the swatch guides and on the web.
From the first browse of the swatch
to the receipt of sheet material can
take as little as one week.
