Data above relates to the east façade as this is orientated towards the junction. Note that Air Quality data represents annual mean concentrations of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO 2 ) and small particulates (PM 10 ) measured as microgrammes per cubic metre of air (µg/m 3 ). We do not have predicted Air Quality data specifically for Manor Farm, Nos. 1 & 2 Swinford Road and No. 9 Rugby Road. However, data for nearby properties in Catthorpe, Heath House and Bird’s Nest Cottage, are set out below.

The assessment focuses on these two pollutants which are considered to be the most likely to exceed those thresholds in the vicinity of roads. Construction Impact Air Quality Properties within 100m of the works boundary are at a higher risk of being subjected to fugitive emissions from construction activities such as dust and construction vehicle emissions. Old Barn Farm is the only property, owned by the Grindal Family, which lies within 100m of the works boundary. Mitigation implemented as part of the Construction Environmental Management Plan would minimise the risk of impact on this property. Noise Old Barn Farm is the only property, owned by the Grindal Family, in close proximity to the works. The noise level contributions from the earthworks and structural works are calculated to be 68 and 66 dB respectively. Given that the noise level contribution from the road network in Do Minimum 2017 at Old Barn Farm would be 70dB, against the background of traffic noise from the motorways, there is likely to be a Minor Adverse impact. No other construction noise impacts are anticipated for any of the other properties owned by the Grindal Family. We trust that the above responses address the comments you made at the meeting and will enable you to give consideration to withdrawing some or all of your objections.
