(a)
prohibits an authorised public officer from entering any
premises in accordance with section 19(2)(a);
(b)
prohibits an authorised public officer from conducting
searches, examinations, tests, inspections, reviews and
investigations in accordance with section 19(2)(b);
(c)
prohibits an authorised public officer from keeping
copies of any evidence in accordance with section
19(2)(c);
(d)
prohibits an authorised public officer from doing
anything he considers necessary for the enforcement of
the provisions of this Law in accordance with section
19(2)(d).
(e)
prohibits the powers of entry and inspection of an
authorised officer who acts in accordance with
Regulations issued under this Law.
(2) Any person that is guilty of an offence in accordance with
subsection (1) is liable, on conviction-
(a)
to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or
to a fine not exceeding ten thousand Cyprus pounds or
to both such imprisonment and fine; and
(b)
in case of a second or subsequent conviction, to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or
to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand Cyprus pounds
or to both such imprisonment and fine.
