Just last year we spoke about dreams, how they’re the children of our soul. How they give us the
courage to think a little bigger, try a little harder, reach a little further.
While we believe in dreaming big, we know that taking action is what really turns those dreams
into tangible reality. The journey begins with one step, which leads to another, remains tempered
with perseverance and unwavering hope, and then, at last, we’ve reached our destination side by side.
Our journey toward a dream began last year when we broke ground on what will become the
new Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. A big step, to be sure, but only the first one. Our community
of supporters is guiding the way now through the actions they take. We’re more than inspired as
they go beyond — as they move us beyond dreams and edge us toward the day we open our doors,
leading us from our exceptional past toward our extraordinary future.
