CHINA: Attractive selection in plastic leaves with German types & one Russian type, many pagodas &<br />

other buildings including European styles, also graveyard & funeral processions, Canton Railway<br />

Station, city & port views, also a few photographs, used cards mainly with the stamps removed<br />

otherwise generally fine to very fine & mostly unused.{Page 19.1} (50+ PPCs)<br />

C - PPCs (mainly) into China from Italy (18), Belgium (readdressed to Japan), Natal, Straits Settlements<br />

& Australia (7, two from Queensland underpaid but only one taxed) etc. (47)<br />

C - Array all with Coiled Dragon frankings mostly to England but also to Belgium & Australia (2) and<br />

some internal usages, some with transits of British, French or Japanese POs in China, many attractive<br />

cards including "Travelling shoemaker", "Bric-a-brac shop", "Itschang Chinesische Garrison",<br />

"Residence of the Russian General at Newchang", "Transplanting Rice", "Chinese Execution" (heads<br />
