'COLLATERAL ONLY', 'DEATH DUTY/PAID', 'DEATH DUTY/REFUNDED', 'NOT LIABLE TO/DEATH
DUTY' etc, up to three impressions of each. Most unusual. (68 impressions)
Mostly private perfins on Stamp Duties KEVII Long Types to 7/- 8/- & 12/6d, Numerals to £10 and on
three 1960s Government Insurance Office documents one with 10/- & 9d optd 'G.I.O.' plus 2/- perf
'G/NSW', the others with values to 10/- perf 'G/NSW'. (26 plus 3 documents)

BEER DUTY: 1895 Third Series 6d Peck & Smith #2.512, Waverley Brewery d/s in violet, ironed-out
folds that are barely discernible otherwise superb. Magnificent revenue stamp. {Page 49.1}
BETTING TAX: 1920s Tickets ½d pale green x5 (69x78mm, one with damaged corner) & 1d scarlet
(69x103mm), unused. (6)
FAMILY ENDOWMENT: 1932 piece from a ledger-page with optd 'FAMILY/ENDOWMENT' in green
selection comprising £10 pair (one damaged), £2 pair, 10/- & 1/3d, the £2 pair is particularly scarce

PROMISSORY NOTES: 1920s complete promissory notes with 2d (4), 6d (2), 1/-, 1/6d or 2/- all
