Integrated roasting thermometer<br />
The side opening door ovens have a built-in roasting<br />
thermometer, the Culisensor. This measures the<br />
temperature at the core of the meat or dish. Once the<br />
preset temperature has been reached, and the food is<br />
therefore cooked, the oven is automatically switched off.<br />
