PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES - Race meeting and racing expenses payments decreased by<br />
The principal activities of the company are:<br />

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT<br />

The profit of the company for the financial year was $2,920,012<br />

A review of the operations of the company during the financial<br />
year and the results of those are as follows:<br />

SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN THE STATE OF AFFAIRS<br />
There were no significant changes in the state of affairs of the<br />
company.<br />
- In addition the Company received additional payments from MATTERS SUBSEQUENT TO THE END OF THE YEAR<br />
<strong>Racing</strong> <strong>NSW</strong> of $10,737,000 (2010: $5,000,000).<br />
