Dale Jerge, RPIH, REP, OHST, CSM
Dale Jerge is a registered professional
industrial hygienist with over 25 years’
experience in
occupational safety
and health and loss
control. He has
worked with
manufacturers,
municipalities,
health care, educational
institutions,
and the insurance
industry providing consulting and
training in a variety of health and safety
topics. He has taught OSHA courses
for over 16 years, and was recognized
as ASSE Safety Professional of the Year.
Dale’s personal business, Industrial
Hygiene & Occupational Health, specializes
in conducting IH surveys, environmental
compliance audits, general
safety and health hazard identification
and program development for environmental,
safety, and health compliance.
Dale also holds a master’s degree in
law and a master’s degree in Social and
Preventative Medicine-Epidemiology.
Michael W. Keefe, MBA, CWCP
Founder and President of Reditus
Safety Solutions, LLC, in Rochester,
N.Y., Mike has
extensive experience
as a safety
and loss control
professional and
works with companies
throughout
WNY. Mike also
has provided
consulting service
to middle- and senior-level managers
on assignments requiring diagnostic,
facilitation, project management, and
problem-solving skills. In his career,
he has worked with leaders throughout
the country to resolve common safety,
loss control, and performance issues.
As a safety professional, Mike has ten
years’ experience in general industry
at the director and plant levels and
two years’ experience working in
construction safety. He has technical
experience writing, implementing, and
auditing safety and health programs
such as inspections, compliance,
behavioral modification, and risk
assessments. Specifically, he has
designed and implemented improvements
that targeted loss sources and
achieved significant reductions in lost
time accidents and in worker’s compensation
costs. Most importantly, he has
successfully put in place management
systems that encourage and reinforce
safe working behaviors and effective
cost containment programs for managing
workers’ compensation expenditures.
Mike is an energetic and interactive
trainer. His training style invites
participation and creates learning
environments. He’s earned a bachelor
of arts degree from LeMoyne College
in Syracuse, N.Y., and holds a master
of business administration degree from
St. John Fisher College in Rochester,
N.Y. He earned a Certification as a
Workers’ Compensation Professional
(CWCP), through Michigan State
University’s School of Labor &
Industrial Relations.
Joe Rosenbeck, CSP
Mr. Rosenbeck is a Certified Safety
Professional (CSP) and an associate
professor and
chair of the
environmental,
health and safety
management MS
degree program
at the Rochester
Institute of
Technology (RIT)
in Rochester, N.Y.,
where he has developed and taught
traditional and online environmental,
health, and safety courses since 1991.
He has an MS degree in industrial safety
from Central Missouri State University
and over 25 years of EHS work experience
including 16 years in industry for Amoco,
FMC, and Arch Chemicals. He also spent
3 years as an associate professor at Central
Missouri State University, where he taught
industrial safety and loss control courses.
