Dale Jerge, RPIH, REP, OHST, CSM<br />
Dale Jerge is a registered pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
industrial hygienist with over 25 years’<br />
experience in<br />
occupational safety<br />
and health and loss<br />
control. He has<br />
worked with<br />
manufacturers,<br />
municipalities,<br />
health care, educational<br />
institutions,<br />
and the insurance<br />
industry providing consulting and<br />
training in a variety <strong>of</strong> health and safety<br />
topics. He has taught OSHA courses<br />
for over 16 years, and was recognized<br />
as ASSE Safety Pr<strong>of</strong>essional <strong>of</strong> the Year.<br />
Dale’s personal business, Industrial<br />
Hygiene & Occupational Health, specializes<br />
in conducting IH surveys, environmental<br />
compliance audits, general<br />
safety and health hazard identification<br />
and program development for environmental,<br />
safety, and health compliance.<br />
Dale also holds a master’s degree in<br />
law and a master’s degree in Social and<br />
Preventative Medicine-Epidemiology.<br />
Michael W. Keefe, MBA, CWCP<br />
Founder and President <strong>of</strong> Reditus<br />
Safety Solutions, LLC, in <strong>Rochester</strong>,<br />
N.Y., Mike has<br />
extensive experience<br />
as a safety<br />
and loss control<br />
pr<strong>of</strong>essional and<br />
works with companies<br />
throughout<br />
WNY. Mike also<br />
has provided<br />
consulting service<br />
to middle- and senior-level managers<br />
on assignments requiring diagnostic,<br />
facilitation, project management, and<br />
problem-solving skills. In his career,<br />
he has worked with leaders throughout<br />
the country to resolve common safety,<br />
loss control, and performance issues.<br />
As a safety pr<strong>of</strong>essional, Mike has ten<br />
years’ experience in general industry<br />
at the director and plant levels and<br />
two years’ experience working in<br />
construction safety. He has technical<br />
experience writing, implementing, and<br />
auditing safety and health programs<br />
such as inspections, compliance,<br />
behavioral modification, and risk<br />
assessments. Specifically, he has<br />
designed and implemented improvements<br />
that targeted loss sources and<br />
achieved significant reductions in lost<br />
time accidents and in worker’s compensation<br />
costs. Most importantly, he has<br />
successfully put in place management<br />
systems that encourage and reinforce<br />
safe working behaviors and effective<br />
cost containment programs for managing<br />
workers’ compensation expenditures.<br />
Mike is an energetic and interactive<br />
trainer. His training style invites<br />
participation and creates learning<br />
environments. He’s earned a bachelor<br />
<strong>of</strong> arts degree from LeMoyne College<br />
in Syracuse, N.Y., and holds a master<br />
<strong>of</strong> business administration degree from<br />
St. John Fisher College in <strong>Rochester</strong>,<br />
N.Y. He earned a Certification as a<br />
Workers’ Compensation Pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
(CWCP), through Michigan State<br />
University’s School <strong>of</strong> Labor &<br />
Industrial Relations.<br />
Joe Rosenbeck, CSP<br />
Mr. Rosenbeck is a Certified Safety<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essional (CSP) and an associate<br />
pr<strong>of</strong>essor and<br />
chair <strong>of</strong> the<br />
environmental,<br />
health and safety<br />
management MS<br />
degree program<br />
at the <strong>Rochester</strong><br />
<strong>Institute</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Technology</strong> (RIT)<br />
in <strong>Rochester</strong>, N.Y.,<br />
where he has developed and taught<br />
traditional and online environmental,<br />
health, and safety courses since 1991.<br />
He has an MS degree in industrial safety<br />
from Central Missouri State University<br />
and over 25 years <strong>of</strong> EHS work experience<br />
including 16 years in industry for Amoco,<br />
FMC, and Arch Chemicals. He also spent<br />
3 years as an associate pr<strong>of</strong>essor at Central<br />
Missouri State University, where he taught<br />
industrial safety and loss control courses.<br />
