NFER Formative Assessment Service
Captivating formative and summative e-assessments, developed
by teachers and experts at the NFER (the National Foundation for
Educational Research) to support Assessment for Learning (AfL) and
Assessing Pupil Progress (APP)
These fun reading e-assessments are specifically designed to be used
pre- and post-teaching a topic and rigorously assess each learner’s
understanding, preferred style of learning and attitude to learning.
Each of the three assessment packs available (Key Stage 1, lower Key
Stage 2; upper Key Stage 2) covers six curriculum topics.
Automatic marking of assessments generates reports, providing:
