<strong>RQIA</strong> has used the information <strong>and</strong> intelligence gained from its inspections in the<br />
<strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong> inspection year to inform the focus <strong>and</strong> themes in the forthcoming<br />
inspection year.<br />
During <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong>, a range of st<strong>and</strong>ards were considered during primary care<br />
inspections of adult care services. These are outlined in the tables 4,5, 6 <strong>and</strong> 7.<br />
