employer <strong>and</strong> treated by the Inl<strong>and</strong> Revenue as a taxable emolument. No such<br />

benefits were paid in <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong> or 2010-11. Similarly no bonuses or exit packages<br />

were awarded in <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong> or 2010-11.<br />

<strong>Report</strong>ing bodies are required to disclose the relationship between the<br />

remuneration of the highest paid director in their organisation <strong>and</strong> the median<br />
