RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE MANAGEMENT ITEMS (CMI’S)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the Rocky River City School
District that the following Change Management Items for the Rocky River High
School Additions and Renovation Project, Kensington Intermediate School Addition
and Renovation Project and Goldwood Primary School Addition and Renovation
Project be ratified as previously recommended by the Architect and the Executive
Director of Construction Services.

073 Fur out existing walls in the
Music Area with drywall due to
the condition of the existing walls
exposed by demolition. This work
was performed on a time-andmaterial
basis.
107 Add a drywall soffit in Corridor
1010 and delete a drywall soffit in
Science Commons 2008 as a result
of coordinating the routing of the
M/E/P systems.
115 Remove and relocate the
ductwork feeding Instrumental
Room 1114 to raise the elevation
of the wall grille on the teaching
wall. Work involves relocation of
installed HVAC piping adjacent to
the ductwork. The costs from the
General Trades Contractor for
masonry cutting and patching will
be included in a future change
proposal.
150 Contractors were directed to work
overtime on Saturdays to make up
days lost on critical activities due
to conditions encountered during
the Summer 2012 work. The costs
