GUIDE NOTE:<br />

Evidence could include, but should not be limited to:<br />

• Copies of relevant previous project community/stakeholder engagement plans.<br />

• A list of typical activities undertaken during a project, e.g. leaflet drops, involvement<br />

in public in<strong>form</strong>ation sessions/presentations, dedicated community engagement<br />

personnel as well as evaluation (e.g. surveys).<br />

• Communication strategies for interfacing with, but not limited to, the following:<br />

— adjacent landowners<br />

— local community<br />

— cultural heritage and environmental stakeholder groups<br />

— road users<br />

— emergency services<br />

— media<br />

— local government<br />

— service providers.<br />

• An Applicant wishing to obtain a high level prequalification category should be able<br />

to demonstrate greater detail and involvement.<br />

Has the Applicant ever received a complaint by any previous client in relation to poor<br />

management of community/stakeholder engagement? If so, provide details.<br />

GUIDE NOTE:<br />

Details could include, but should not be limited to:<br />

• location<br />

• dates<br />

• client<br />

• nature of the complaint<br />

• initiator of the complaint (i.e. resident, pedestrian etc.)<br />

• total number of the same type of complaint<br />

• how the complaint was handled, how the problem was managed to ensure it was<br />

minimised, mitigated or eliminated so that it may not arise again on that project or<br />

future projects.<br />

Details of any complaints must be provided and be complete and unedited.<br />
