Each Training Program Includes:
12-week individualized training program
4 Triathlon Group Training Sessions -1 hour each
Strength Training for Triathletes
Swimming Fundamentals (in the pool)
Running Fundamentals (on the indoor track)
Race Day Preparation: Transitions, Nutrition, Gear and More
2 Group Practice Indoor Triathlons (Brick workouts): These workouts
include a swim in the pool, followed by a spin class and a run.

Race Day Support
Kids Coaching Includes:
12-week Individualized Training Program
3 Triathlon Seminars/Group Practices -
1 hour each
Swim and Bike Practice
Runnning and Core Strength
Triathlon Practice - Swim, Bike, Run with Transitions
Race Day Support
Adult Triathlon Team Member: $250
12 & under: $100 (each additional child $75)
Family Plan for Two Adults: $400
(The registration fee for the BC training
program does not include race fee.)

$150 for the second session. Enjoy six months of coaching for only $400!

Non-BC members are encouraged to participate. If you have a friend that wants to be part of the Bellevue Club
