LTP5000 SERIES PRINTERS
The LTP5000 Series combines line print technology
with a design that eliminates moving heads and
greatly reduces the number of moving parts, offering
high quality and reliable thermal printing. The
LTP5000 Series has a print life of 50 million pulses
(25% print ratio), making the LTP5000 Series perfectly
suited for heavy-duty print applications and
high-resolution graphics.
• High resolution printing (8 dots/mm)
• Variable printing speed (50mm = 24V,
25mm = 12V)
• Wide opening head for easy maintenance access
• Head-up and paper-out sensors
• Two possible paper paths, straight or curved; thick
paper and label printing is possible on straight path

CUTTERS, INTERFACE BOARD & CPU
ACU5000 SERIES AUTOCUTTER
The ACU5000 Series autocutter is a guillotine type cutter
developed for the LTP5000 Series thermal line printer mechanism.
Full or partial paper cutting options are selectable by
the operator. This autocutter can be easily mounted on the
LTP5000 Series mechanisms using a specified board, allowing
for easy maintenance.

IF5003-02B INTERFACE BOARD
FOR LTP5000 SERIES
The IF5003-02B interface board is used specifically
for the LTP5000 Series printer
mechanism and supports parallel and serial
data input.
A wide variety of characters and commands
are available to respond to diverse needs. The
IF5003-02B is equipped with a drive terminal
for the ACU5000 Series auto cutter, allowing
for easy attachment.

When used together with a gate array as a pair, the CPU
for the LTP5000 Series can easily create a drive board with
the same variety of functions as the interface board.
• Prints with less current using division control in accordance
with the number of dots to be activated
• Dual-power drive system minimizes fluctuation in voltage
to the stepping motor
