CAPITAL ASSET LEASE PROGRAM<br />
The <strong>Capital</strong> Asset Lease <strong>Program</strong> provides for lease payments attributable to<br />
the acquisition through financial leasing arrangements of the following capital assets:<br />
• Amtrak Trackage (State of Good Repair Project)<br />
This lease provides for the right to use Amtrak tracks for SEPTA's Trenton,<br />
Wilmington/Newark <strong>and</strong> Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail service, <strong>and</strong><br />
portions of the Chestnut Hill West, Media/Elwyn, Airport <strong>and</strong> Cynwyd<br />
Regional Rail Lines.<br />
• Communications Antennas (System Improvement Project)<br />
This lease provides for the right to house voice <strong>and</strong> data transmission <strong>and</strong><br />
receiving equipment on towers at the following locations: Y-100, Loews<br />
Hotel, Malvern, West Rockhill, Oxford Valley Mall, Newtown Square, <strong>and</strong><br />
New Britain.<br />
• Copiers (System Improvement Project)<br />
This lease provides for rental of approximately 141 copiers, which are<br />
dispersed throughout SEPTA's headquarters <strong>and</strong> transportation <strong>and</strong><br />
maintenance facilities.<br />
• Warehouse Facility (State of Good Repair Project)<br />
This lease provides for rental of a storeroom facility at 2045 Wheatsheaf<br />
Lane in the City of Philadelphia.<br />
