BEFORE DRIVING — Interiors and Accessories<br />

Window Winding :<br />

<strong>Manual</strong>ly Operated Window Winding :<br />

Window winding in the standard version is manually operated. Rotate<br />

the handle on the door pad to raise or lower the window glass.<br />

Power Windows : (if installed)<br />

All the window glasses can be operated by means of switches, provided<br />

on the central console near the gear shift lever for all the four windows.<br />

These can be operated only when the key is in the 'IGN' position.<br />

In the same switch, safety locking arrangement has also been provided.<br />

In the 'LOCK' position, the rear window switches become inoperative.<br />

However the rear windows can be operated by the switches on the<br />

console. Illumination on rear window switches goes off in locked<br />

position. Press down the lock button to unlock.<br />

Window Winding Switch<br />

Individual window winding switches have been provided only on the<br />

rear doors.<br />

WARNING<br />

While raising the glass take care to avoid fingers/hands getting<br />

trapped between the glass and the frame.<br />
