Downstops<br />

2. Lift and drop the suspension arms so that they settle in their lowest positions.<br />

3. Using the droop gauge, measure the downstop value.<br />

FRONT DOWNSTOPS<br />

Measure at the bottom of the front arms. Do NOT measure under the front C-hub.<br />

REAR DOWNSTOPS<br />

Measure at the bottom of the rear arms. Do NOT measure under the rear <strong>up</strong>rights.<br />

Positive numbers indicate the distance (in mm) ABOVE the level of the s<strong>up</strong>port blocks (or, above the bottom of the chassis).<br />

Negative numbers indicate the distance (in mm) BELOW the level of the s<strong>up</strong>port blocks (or, below the bottom of the chassis).<br />

Downstops - ADJUSTING<br />

Front downstops<br />

Increase<br />

Turn IN (CW) the front downstop screw so the front lower arm raises <strong>up</strong> slightly.<br />

Decrease<br />

Turn OUT (CCW) the front downstop screw so the front lower arm drops slightly.<br />

Rear downstops<br />

Increase<br />

Turn IN (or CW) the rear downstop screw so the rear lower arm raises <strong>up</strong> slightly.<br />

Decrease<br />

Turn OUT (or CCW) the rear downstop screw so the rear lower arm drops slightly.
