VACATION OF POST: The Public Service Commission has agreed that: Ms Lydia Phillips, Clerk/Typist, Ministry of Education, Human Resource Development, Youth and Sports, vacated her post with effect from June 01, 2004. MEDICAL BOARD: The Public Service Commission has granted permission for Mr. Cornelius Fevrier, Sustainable Development Officer III, Ministry of Physical Development, Environment and Housing, to be examined by a Medical Board, in accordance with section 6:21 of the Staff Order for the Public Service. SUSPENSION ON NO PAY: Please be informed that the Public Service Commission conducted disciplinary proceedings regarding an allegation of misconduct against Mr. Christopher Burt, Accounts Clerk III, Ministry of Finance, International Financial Services and Economic Affairs, Accountant General’s Department (Soufriere Sub-Accounting Office). Having found the allegation proven, the commission decided that Mr. Burt be suspended from duties for three months on no pay with effect from 01 May, 2006. Please be informed that the Public Service Commission conducted disciplinary proceedings regarding an allegation of misconduct against Mr. Peter Lansiquot, Senior Foreign Service Officer, Ministry of External Affairs, International Trade and Civil Aviation. Having found the allegation proven, the Commission decided that Mr. Lansiquot be suspended from duties for one (1) month on no pay with effect from 3 July, 2006. Please be informed that the Public Service Commission conducted disciplinary proceedings regarding an allegation of misconduct against Mrs. Rosemarie Richard, Accounts Clerk III, Ministry of Finance, International Financial Services and Economic Affairs (Accountant General’s Department). Having found the allegation proven, the Commission decided that Mrs. Richard be suspended from duties for three (3) months on no pay leave with effect from May 2, 2006. DISMISSAL Please be informed that the Public Service Commission conducted disciplinary proceedings regarding allegations of misconduct against Mr. Enrico Lewis, Accountant III, Ministry of Communications, Works, Transport and Public Utilities. Having found the allegations proven, the Commission decided that Mr. Enrico Lewis be dismissed from the Public Service with effect from July 3, 2006.
