effect from August 16, 2006 until<br />
February 28, 2007.<br />
VACATION OF POST:<br />
The Public Service Commission has<br />

Ms Lydia Phillips, Clerk/Typist,<br />
Ministry of Education, Human<br />
Resource Development, Youth and<br />
Sports, vacated her post with effect<br />
from June 01, 2004.<br />
LATERAL TRANSFER:<br />
The Public Service Commission has<br />
approved the following with effect from<br />
July 17, 2006:<br />
the lateral transfer of Ms Reina<br />
Pierre, Secretary III, Ministry of<br />
Justice (Registry Department), to<br />
the post of Secretary III, Ministry of<br />
Home Affairs and Internal Security<br />
(Police Department);<br />
the lateral transfer of Ms Kim<br />
Bradley, Secretary III, Ministry of<br />
Home Affairs and Internal Security<br />
(Police Department), to the post of<br />
Secretary III, Ministry of Justice<br />
(Registry Department).<br />
MEDICAL BOARD:<br />
The Public Service Commission has<br />
granted permission for Mr. Cornelius<br />
Fevrier, Sustainable Development<br />
Officer III, Ministry of Physical<br />
Development, Environment and<br />
Housing, to be examined by a Medical<br />
Board, in accordance with section<br />
6:21 of the Staff Order for the Public<br />
Service.<br />
SUSPENSION ON NO PAY:<br />
Please be informed that the Public<br />
Service Commission conducted<br />
disciplinary proceedings regarding an<br />
allegation of misconduct against Mr.<br />
Christopher Burt, Accounts Clerk III,<br />
Ministry of Finance, International<br />
Financial Services and Economic<br />
Affairs, Accountant General’s<br />
Department (Soufriere Sub-Accounting<br />
Office).<br />
Having found the allegation proven,<br />
the commission decided that Mr. Burt<br />
be suspended from duties for three<br />
months on no pay with effect from 01<br />
May, 2006.<br />
Please be informed that the Public<br />
Service Commission conducted<br />
disciplinary proceedings regarding<br />
an allegation of misconduct against<br />
Mr. Peter Lansiquot, Senior Foreign<br />
Service Officer, Ministry of External<br />
Affairs, International Trade and Civil<br />
Aviation.<br />
Having found the allegation proven,<br />
the Commission decided that Mr.<br />
Lansiquot be suspended from duties<br />
for one (1) month on no pay with effect<br />
from 3 July, 2006.<br />
Please be informed that the Public<br />
Service Commission conducted<br />
disciplinary proceedings regarding an<br />
allegation of misconduct against Mrs.<br />
Rosemarie Richard, Accounts Clerk<br />
III, Ministry of Finance, International<br />
Financial Services and Economic Affairs<br />
(Accountant General’s Department).<br />
Having found the allegation proven,<br />
the Commission decided that Mrs.<br />
Richard be suspended from duties for<br />
three (3) months on no pay leave with<br />
effect from May 2, 2006.<br />
DISMISSAL<br />
Please be informed that the Public<br />
Service Commission conducted<br />
disciplinary proceedings regarding<br />
allegations of misconduct against Mr.<br />
Enrico Lewis, Accountant III, Ministry<br />
of Communications, Works, Transport<br />
and Public Utilities.<br />
Having found the allegations proven,<br />
the Commission decided that Mr.<br />
Enrico Lewis be dismissed from the<br />
Public Service with effect from July 3,<br />
2006.<br />
