M2M Consulting was founded in 2001 by Ulrich Mahr, who has been leading the company ever since. M2M Consulting comprises 3 office staff and 12 experienced senior consultants, management trainers, and coaches. M2M Consulting covers all sectors and disciplines, nationally and internationally, and works in English, German, French, Spanish, Czech and Slovak, mainly with native speakers. WHO WE WORK FOR M2M Consulting helps people and organizations. Through strategic HR approaches we support the development of potential and competencies of both individuals and organizations. M2M consults and advises and supports you as an HR professional, organizational developer or people manager in the planning, implementation and evaluation of your HR projects.
