Decoding Densely Packed Decimal<br />
Table 1c decodes a declet, with 10 bits b (0) to b (9), into 3 decimal digits d (1) ,<br />
d (2) , d (3) . The first column is in binary and an “x” denotes “don't care”. Thus<br />
all 1024 possible 10-bit patterns shall be accepted and mapped into 1000<br />
possible 3-digit combinations with some redundancy.<br />
