Hrudayalaya and Andhra<br />

Pradesh government’s<br />

medical insurance policy<br />

for poor, a bureaucrat<br />

from Rajasthan made<br />

waves by trying a very<br />

simple experiment<br />

-getting generic<br />

medicines dispensed from<br />

government hospitals.<br />
