Precision Machining & Forming Avionics & EMS Secondary Processes JCS Group JCS was established in <strong>Singapore</strong> in 1990 to provide automation services for the electronics industry. The company has since diversified to serve a wide range of industries including the hard disk drive, semiconductor, automotive and aerospace industries. JCS found its niche in the manufacture and supply of precision cleaning machines and services focused specifically towards the hard disk drive industry. Its sales arm was set up in 1999 to streamline its precision machinery and sub-assembly services for ultrasonic cleaning and filtration equipment. By 2003, its clean room cleaning services were set up as a standalone service provider. From 2004, JCS further established itself within the aerospace industry for the manufacture of compressor vanes, sheet metal components and devices for medical application. Today, JCS has an extensive international network with a sales and technical support office in Thailand, manufacturing and sales offices in China, sales network in Southeast Asia and the United States. 28
