Key capabilities: - Complete state-of-art manufacturing operations for low-tomedium volume mission-critical components requiring complex precision machining and secondary processes on exotic metals. - Precision machining: Operates more than 1,000 CNC machining equipment daily throughout its operations, comprising single and multiple axis milling and turning process, Ram/wire EDM process, surface and cylindrical grinding process, and specialty processes such as honing and gun drilling/deep hole boring. - Surface finishing: Capabilities include electrolytic/electro-less nickel, Teflon, gold plating, clear clad, and specialty highvelocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) thermal spray. Its laboratory is equipped to conduct XRF thickness, salt spray, and metal composition tests. - Access to upstream/downstream processes: Includes thermal spray, heat treatment, carbide/ceramic coating, anodising, plasma coating, welding and speciality NDT testing.
