PRIEST:
Thou didst break it, gave it to Thine own holy Disciples and
saintly Apostles, saying, “Take, eat of it, all of you. For this is My
Body, which is broken for you and for many, to be given for the
remission of sins. This do in remembrance of Me.”
CONGREGATION:
This is true. Amen.
PRIEST:
Likewise also, after they had supped, Thou didst take a cup,
mixed it of the fruit of the vine and water, and when Thou hadst
given thanks,
CONGREGATION:
Amen.
PRIEST:
Thou blessed it,
CONGREGATION:
Amen.
PRIEST:
And sanctified it.
CONGREGATION:
Amen. Again, we believe, we confess, and we glorify.
PRIEST:
Thou didst taste, and gave it also to Thine own holy disciples
and saintly Apostles, saying, “Take, drink of it, all of you. For this
is My Blood of the New Testament, which is shed for you and for
many, to be given for the remission of sins. This do in
remembrance of me.”
