Aurora was a sponsor of 'Zero Energy America' - a ground breaking<br />
USA initiative, and the exclusive LED lighting provider for four, 4,500<br />
sq.ft. "zero energy" homes. The concept home uses solar panels<br />
and other low energy solutions to achieve energy independence and<br />
self-sustainability.<br />
Aurora worked with the team from the beginning to design the lighting<br />
around each room's use, layout, chosen textures and colours. Aurora's<br />
LED cabinet light bar provided functional, high output, low energy<br />
lighting throughout the kitchen.<br />
The result was an exquisitely executed application, and energy savings<br />
of 80-88 percent compared to traditional lighting technologies.<br />
Unlike individual marker lights or strip lighting,<br />
Aurora's light bar has a frosted cover that<br />
creates a low-glare, uniform light output,<br />
perfect for under-cabinet accent lighting.<br />
