REQUEST OPTIONS
To schedule an inspection, call the Inspection Request Line (727-893-4101) or visit us
on-line @ https://actiononline.stpete.org/Click2GovBP/Index.jsp.
System Availability:
• The website is available 24 hours a day
• The inspection request line is available 24 hours a day, except Saturday from 12:00 midnight
until 12:00 noon on Sunday.
• Inspection requests will be scheduled for the next available day.
The Inspection Request Line and the Click2Gov On-Line system CANNOT be used when:
• There is a “hold” on the permit for any reason
• Reinspection fees have not been paid
• Sub-contractor Cards have not been received
• Contractor registration/renewal has not occurred
Customer procedures for using the Inspection Request Line:
The following procedures have been established for using the automated inspection scheduling system.
To access the system using your touch tone phone, you will need to have your **phone access code
available. This number is located on your permit summary (listed as phone access code). For security
purposes, this number is not located on your permit placard.
**There is a separate phone access code for each trade in your permit
To schedule inspections, obtain inspection results, or *cancel an inspection which has
been scheduled on the automated system:
*You CANNOT use either automated system to cancel an inspection on the same day of the scheduled
inspection. You will need to call 893-7231 for assistance.
• Dial (727) 893-4101
• Enter your phone access code followed by the # button.
• The automated system will “walk you through” the appropriate steps.
• Follow the instructions carefully, according to your needs.
• The inspection line will leave a brief voice mail message for your inspector.

Follow the instructions according to your needs
