Petition for Writ of Mandamus - Supreme Court of Texas

Maximlno Salazar Mireles and Alejandra Hernandez Botello on
their own behalf appeared and stated:
That with regards to the invitation to submit to out of court
mediation the foregoing legal dispute between Maximino Salazar
Mireles Vs. Alejandra Hernandez Botello, which originated from the
ordinar~ divorce proceedings pending under number 1732/2010 in
the 101 Family Court of the State of Nuevo Leon, in Mexico, both
parties agree for all agreements reached therein to have the effects
of a complete and final judgment in said divorce proceedings.
Furthermore, both parties are bound to continue these proceedings
in the Courts of the State of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, regarding the
terms resulting from the out of court mediation agreements.
The parties shall observe tlie contents of Article 18 of the Code of
Civil Procedure of the State of Nuevo Leon, which governs the
procedures of said File 1732/2010 and which states:

"Article 18. Procedures and the resolution of matters in
Ordinary Courts shall be subject to the provisions of this
Code, without being able to waive any appeals, or the
rig!!.t-.to-'õ, or alter, modify or waive the rules of
